HATCHING, WATCHER and RESURRECTION to showcase at Sundance London this June. Just three of the highlights from this years UK iteration showing at Picturehouse London alongside a live recoding of THE EVOLUTION OF HORROR podcast.

WATCHER:

As a serial killer stalks the city, a young actress (Maika Monroe) moves into a new apartment with her fiancé. But when she notices a mysterious stranger watching her from across the street, she becomes tormented by the notion that she is being stalked by an unseen, increasingly threatening voyeur.

HATCHING:

12-year-old gymnast Tinja lives in a gilded cage, constantly pushed by her image-obsessed, status-hungry mother. After finding a wounded bird in the woods, she brings its strange egg home, nestles it in her bed, and nurtures it until it hatches – but the creature that emerges becomes both her closest friend and a nightmarish burden that her mother refuses to see.

RESSURRECTION:

Margaret (Rebecca Hall) has her life in order. Capable, disciplined, successful, and solely responsible for the raising of her teenage daughter, who’s preparing to leave for university – just as Margaret intended – everything in her life is under control.
